We are hiring hard-working, confident Nurses (including Nurse Practitioners and nursing students) who love working with children and who are team players, to join our camp family for the full 8 week summer. Our Camp Nurses work in our state of the art Health Center facility which is located in the center of camp and staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a doctor, EMT, other nurses and nursing students. Our facility offers heat, A/C and WiFi access, as well as private accommodations.

The role of a nurse at Camp Towanda includes daily sick call, first aid, medical record keeping and some good old fashioned TLC. Our campers are ages 7-17 and our staff come from all around the world. Compensation includes competitive salary, room and board, laundry, travel allowance, PA license reimbursement and opportunities to enjoy all the facilities that Camp Towanda offers, including tennis, lakefront, beautiful trails and boating. Nurses with camp-aged children are welcome (scholarships available). Our nurses are encouraged to immerse themselves in the camp culture for a rewarding summer experience.
